Maine Farmers’ Markets Sign-Up Form

We are using this on-line form as a means for farmers' market contacts to enter their own market information for our web listings, printed brochure and other market development activities initiated by the Department of Agriculture.

The web listings can be viewed on the Farmers' Markets search page (search by your market name). At the present time, you won't be able to edit your current information live, but the information you provide on this form will save us many hours of time and your new information will appear much sooner.

If you are the contact for more than one market, please fill out a separate form for each market. Fields with an asterisk * are required fields. We would like to keep from having to do major edits on your information, so please use correct spelling and grammar to the best of your ability, do not use quotation marks, and please do not type in all capital letters.
